How to Build Your Skincare Routine for Healthy Skin
It might be difficult to understand all the different skincare products and which order you should use them. It’s not necessary to use all your products on the same day.
Amazing skin is the result of consistent skincare routine. Simple as that. Also its very personal which products you are using but here is a general guide for recipe for amazing skin.
First you need to understand the 4 most important things:
- Protect
- Moisturise
- Cleanse
- Exfoliate
That’s it. No matter what products or what is your skin type, these four principles apply for everybody.
How could be this simple? It is super important to protect your skin from sunlight, pollution and climate. You can protect your skin using high SPF cream in the morning.
Secondly, you need to moisturize your skin no matter if its dry, compinate or even oily skin. One of the best ways is to use natural moisturizing toner or face mist.
Let’s start backwards, in the evening the most important steps
Incorporate daily 3 Step routine:
- Clease
- Tone
- Moisturize
Start by cleansing your face.
I highly recommend double cleansing where you first apply oil based cleanser, wipe it off with a warm towel and then you can use water based cleanser. This way makes your skin super soft and clean while removing the first layer of makeup and dirt. Don’t forget your neck.
Second part is the toner. Toner balances skin pH level and leaves your skin moisturized.
Use a cotton pad or even better if you can find toner with a spray bottle so no product goes to waste. Search ingredients like rose water and green tea to calm the skin and anti-inflammatory properties.
Lastly don’t forget to moisturize your skin. Moisturizers seal moisture and smooths the skin. You can serum, cream, oil or balm for this purpose.
Of course you can add your favorite products on your evening skincare like retinol or other antioxidants.
In the morning its not necessary to clean your skin with a cleanser but if you like to rinse your face with cold water that’s perfectly fine.

You can use toner after rinsing your face, apply day cream and lastly the SPF. Don’t forget your neck.
Exfoliate – Be mindful when using the exfoliates.
